Universal Studios: ‘Back To Future’ Ride Closing

Universal Studios - Back to the FutureGREAT SCOTT!!! One of the most popular theme park rides in Orlando will become a thing of the past.

“Back To The Future” opened back in 1991 and has thrilled tourists and locals with the simulator ride. The final guest will take the last ride when the park closes later on Friday (April 5, 2007).

The ride cost about $40 million to build and paved the way for other simulator rides. Another attraction is slated to take its place, but There is no word yet on what that will be.
